Jade Davalos built Fidelis after years as a Florida firefighter, where he responded to some of the most devastating property losses imaginable. he saw firsthand how families already dealing with crisis were left to navigate complicated insurance policies, unresponsive adjusters, and settlements that fell far short of covering the real damage.
